Prices are subject to change at any time as vintage jewelry continues to increase in value.

All items are vintage and are described as accurately as possible by means of signature, research and other sources available. If a piece is unsigned we can not guarantee attribution completely, but be assured every effort has been made for accuracy. Unsigned items are listed as such if attributed to a designer. All orders will be responded to within 24 hours or less if at all possible. No item will be sold that has a pending order while waiting for a response from us. All buyers will be treated in the same manner we wish to be treated in buying an item over the internet - what you see is what you will get, as described, in a timely manner and packaged well to get the item to you safely.

Vintage Jewelry Treasures and it's webmaster will not be held responsible for any errors appearing on our pages and all items are subject to verification by Vintage Jewelry Treasures.

Return Policy:

Full refunds, minus shipping will be accepted if the item has been misrepresented through error. Requests for other returns will be handled on an individual basis. I do not refund for buyer's remorse so please be considerate and don't ask.
To receive a refund, please email me within 12 hours after receiving your package .
Thank you for your consideration in returning the item(s) in the same packaging and condition as shipped within 12 hours. Refund or credit will be sent promptly upon receipt of unaltered item[s].
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items. Thank you.

 Insurance Claims:

Vintage Jewelry Treasures purchases insurance on behalf of the buyer. Damage claims can only be made on items shipped with insurance. Please do not return damaged items to Vintage Jewelry Treasures, as doing so will void the shipping insurance. You should take the damaged item(s) to the the carrier the insurance was purchased from. We recommend that all shipments be insured. If a buyer requests in writing, that an item not be shipped insured we will not be responsible for loss or damage to that item during shipping.

To begin the process of filing an insurance claim, please contact Vintage Jewelry Treasures to advise us of the damage, I will then send you the original Insurance receipt so you can file your claim through the shipping agent. Guidelines for insurance claims vary by carrier so please check with the carrier for their specific instructions. Be sure to retain all the original packaging as well as all pieces of the damaged item(s), the shipping agent will request to examine them. We ship via the United States Postal Service, For information on filing a claim you may visit the United States Postal Services online website at http://www.usps.com
