[$10.00 per day] Gratuity which covers all gratuity except special

Final Payment Due February 22 so allow for transit time if mailing

Cruise must be booked by December 20 for above pricing to be honored,
although this date may be extended based on number of bookings on record
at Holland America's option. Limited verandah's so booking as early as
possible is recommended.
